messages sent in hotmail not being received

has anyone had a problem with people not getting messages
sent from your hotmail account. Some of my messages I am
sending to people, people I always email, are not
arriving there even though from my side it looks like
they are going through. Kind of scary because I don't
know who is getting my emails and who isn't. I don't
know if this is an outlook problem or something with
hotmail.

Hi Nate, you are not alone, I and another friend of mine have exactly the
same problem. Our situation is:

We create a mail in Outlook, ensure that the "account" says Hotmail, click
send. The Outlook synchronises with the hotmail folders and appears to send
the mail, even placing a copy in the hotmail and outlook sent folders, but
the mail is never received.

My friends problem in addition is that he will do the above, but if he puts
a hotmail E:mail address as the recipient or copy, the recipient wont receive
the mail, even though everyone else does!

Can anyone help with this?
