Messages showing up as tasks

Somehow an occasional message is getting moved into my task folder and
showing up in the task pane as red flagged

I had this problem before in XP, but it must be an Outlook 2007 BCM problem
becuse it is now showing up on my new Win & computer.

Any suggestions?
