Hi,
We are using MSoutlook using exchange 2000 and clieints using XP with a
mixuture of Office SP1 & SP2.
We have just started to get multiple clients complaining that emails are not
automatically notifying that they are in the inbox, and when sending emails
out, they get stuck in the outbox.
As soon as the user click on another folder (e.g. sent times) then they are
notified that new emails exist and the outbox clears.
This is starting to affect more and more client PC's
Any ideas?
Many thanks
