Messages to be written/forwarded/replied suddenly in >24 font or 2

I've been using Outlook 2007 for about 2 months. Though I'm not aware of any
change that I made, all of a sudden all outgoing messages are appearing in
huge font even though setup shows Arial 11. I have not been able to see
anything in my control panel set up, or in Outlook setup that indicates that
it is set up to show this way.

Print does not appear magnified when opening, only when forwarding or
replying. It does not appear magnified on the receiver's end on opening but I
don't know about whether it appears magnified to them if they are replying or
forwarding.

Print does not appear magnified in Word or Excel; only in Outlook 2007.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Check your zoom settings on the Format Text tab when composing your message.
Make sure it is set to 100% (you'll need to place your cursor in the body
for it to become active).

Holding the CTRL button while scrolling your mouse might have caused this
