Messaging Interface Error

After installing Office 2003 service pack 3, I get an error with some users
trying to print calendar information. My environment is Exchange 2003 with
Office 2003 on the client machines. The error message states:
"Messaging interface returns an unknown error. If the problem persists,
restart Outlook."

Reinstalling Office nor rebuilding the user's exchange account has resolved
the issue. Some users are not experiencing the problem.

Can you help?
