messaging interface error

Hello

I upgraded to XP professional from 98 professional. I
cannot get Outlook to work properly. I can receive
messages and send messages, but I cannot reply to messages
or forward them. I keep getting a messaging interface
error. I have reinstalled Office XP and followed all the
suggestions at the Microsoft knowledge base site. Nothing
works. Any ideas?
