Messaging interface error

Whenever I try to delete an email in Outlook, I get an
error message that says "Messaging interface has returned
an unknown error." Then I can't delete the email. I now
have about 1500 undelete-able emails.

Please someone help!!

It may be a currupt pst file, run scanpst.exe - may have to run several
times

PS size of pst not greater than v.limit ie 1.7GB? (or at least the size at
which probs can occur)
