Messed up account configuration... now stuck!

Hi all,

I recently installed Office 2007 on my computer and when I went up to
configure a Microsoft Exchange account, I goofed up and didn't put in all the
correct information. Now when I try to open outlook, it freaks out because it
can't connect to the server (obviously, because I haven't put in any of the
information) and though it offers me the option to change the server address
and my username, it doesn't allow me to go into the extra settings and input
the missing information. Since I haven't loaded outlook fully, even once, the
mail icon also doesn't come up in my control panel, so I'm not sure how to go
about fixing this profile, and/or deleting and starting from scratch. ANY
help would be greatly appreciated! I am running on Vista Home Premium with
Office Enterprise 2007. Thanks!

Well, you'd do it through Control Panel, so, why exactly isn't it starting?
Error message?

Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall?

Delete the profile in Control Panel and start over.

Start, Control Panel, Mail, Show Profiles. Delete the one that's there and
Add to start over.
