Messed up setting "Start Up"

After setting up my "start up" options, I've noticed
that I can't get back to change those "start up" options.
The "Tools" menu is no-longer there. I can't even
use "Ctrl+F11". If I remember, I unchecked all the
boxes available. Oops!
Help me!

First, do you have a backup copy of your .mdb file from BEFORE you made this
change? (not that you'll necessarily need it THIS time, but ... !)

Hold down the <Shift> key while starting the application -- keep holding
until the database window comes up. You should now have the Tools choice.

Hold down the shift key when you open the db.
