It would be extremely difficult to do this with anything in Microsoft
Office, and even more difficult to do so convincingly. Did you search
Google for software that lets you morph photos?

I love Microsoft Digital software for working with photos. There is a
simplier program than the Paint.net mentioned previously. It is called
Picasa and it's a free download from Picasa.com.
