Meta Tags & description

I'm trying to add a meta tag to my website developed in Publisher 2003. I can
not find the suggested solution to my problem. I seem to not have a "Web Page
Option" in my version of Publisher 2003. Is there a work around?

I am guessing that Web Page Options is missing under Tools, because you are
working on a print document. Go to File > Convert to a Web Publication, and
then the Web Page Options will be in the menu.
