Question on Meta Tags... I noticed the "Keyword" meta tag
on FP is <meta http-eqiuv="keywords"
How does this differ from <meta NAME="keywords"
??????????

Thanks

HTTP-EQUIV is the wrong tag for Keywords. It should be "name='keywords'".

It's worth pointing out that the Keywords Meta tag is useless in most cases.
Inknomi is the only search engine that still uses the Keywords Meta tag (and
have you ever heard of them?). There are many sources out there (including
some that you actually pay for!) that tell you all kinds of bogus guidelines
for how many keywords you need to use, etc. That kind of information is
inaccurate and based on very old data.

My advice? Don't even worry about keywords.

And many (such as Google) base your place in the index upon the popularity
of your page. Of course you can pay some cash to Google and they'll place
you appropriately, but for those of us who don't want to go that route,
content is king.
