I would like to know if a metallic blue is available in MS Office for
printing inviations , etc?

That would be a problem with your printer. MS Office does not provide ink.

Does your printer have Metalic Blue ink?
If not, how the ... do you expect Office to create it?

colours with a home/small office inkjet printer..

Really metallic looks come from the reflectivity of the metal, which you
won't get with normal printer ink.

For a color that is in the neighborhood of a metallic blue, try something
near R 170 G 195 B 210

I've also seen products that can be applied thru a laser printer that will
adhere to the print somehow. (It's been a while and I forget the details. It
may have been a Paper Direct product.
