Method 'ExecuteTempImexSpec' of object '_WizHook' failed

I'm seeing a problem with Access 07 under Vista.

When I try to export an Access database to a csv file I get an error after I
click finish which says:

"Method 'ExecuteTempImexSpec' of object '_WizHook' failed

Any ideas? It doesn't create the csv which is causing me some problems!
