method '~' of object '~' failed

Hi,

I am using CDO1.21 and VB to access my Calendar information from Exchange
Server. But for some users I am getting the error method '~' of object '~'
failed. Can you please help ? I have read in Google that this problem
mostly happens because of corrupt dlls. Should I reinstall Outlook on the
machine in which this application is running. But if yes, then why is this
problem happening for some users only and not for others.
