Method to capture the Export Grid to Excel

I need to write a VBA macro to 'Export Grid to Excel'

It must be possible to
Active Internet Explorer
Log onto PWA
Find the Resource Center
Select a 'saved link'
Active the 'Export grid to excel
and 'capture' the export into an prior existing excel file sheet.


Any pointers would be gratefully received.
