I can't get outlook to connect to the connection that is already working for
internet explorer. It gives me the same error message: error#0x800ccc0e

What version of Outlook? Check that any firewalls you have on your
computer are set to allow Outlook to make outbound connections.

I also have this problem. I set my firewall to accept Outlook. Then I turned
off the firewall and still cannot connect. I have Outlook 2003.
