Microsft Outloook 2003 - increasing memory

Hello. Can I increase memory capacity for Inbox and Sent Items in Microsoft
Outlook 2003. I'm constantly getting messages saying the boxes are full when
I only have 30 - 40 messages in each. I delete again and still the message
comes up. Many thanks.

Are you sure that it is OUTLOOK that is giving you these messages, and not
your ISP?
