microsofe home/office online

I have used this website for four years. Now when I try to search for
clip-art, the search box letters are grey, therefore it won't let me search.
How do I get the search box to change? I have contacted Microsoft but they
have not given me any answers on this.

Are you connected to the internet when you search for clip art?

Can you go directly to the Office web site?

Have you emptied your temp cache lately? In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files. Have you compacted the Organizer. Open the
Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office tools, when the Organizer opens, tools,
compact.

Has your firewall settings changed?

on the Clipart site. Can you tell me a little more about your
configuration, for example...
1. Do you have a home or business network connection, (e.g. dsl, cable,
dialup or corporation network?)
2. What operating system are you running with right now, (XP, Vista?)
Did you do an upgrade to Office or Windows recently, or change any
network or security settings?
3. When was the last time you were able to search on the Clipart site?
4. Can you search for clipart from Office applications using the
clipart taskpane?
