Microsoft® Office HTML and XML Reference

Is supposed to be located at:

But I cannot find the ofhtml9.exe file to download.

Any suggestions?

It looks like it's not available. I would either post a question in the
MSDN.general newsgroup, or use the "Contact Us" button on the URL.

Anyway... why is it that many of these things do not give an option to
create a new folder to install them in? Pretty archaic.
