Hi,
I've done some extensive searching on this but still can't get an answer or
anywhere that even asks the question so if anyone can help or has had the
problem in the past it would be nice to hear from them.
I am using Win XP Pro and Outlook 2003 with all the latest Service Packs and
patches downloaded.
I can use Tasks myself without a problem but problems start to occur when I
try to allocate tasks by e-mail to a member of my team or they send me a
task.
I am unable to read tasks sent to me and those who receive tasks from me are
also unable to read them. Other team members are able to view tasks sent to
them by others.
The message I get in the preview pain is that "Outlook can not preview this
type of attachment" (I paraphrase as the problem is on my work PC and I am
currently at home). I am then not able to open or even delete the tasks (all
I can do is move it to a folder within Outlook).
Has anyone come across this problem or had any experience? I'll try a
repair-install and an uninstall if there is no hope but I thought I'd ask.
Looking forward to any replies.
best wishes,
David
