Do I need to purchase microsoft when trial period ends. I do not see product
key with computer information received at purchase.

The answer to your question "Do I need to purchase microsoft" is NO you
don't have to because nobody can afford to buy Microsoft Corporation
unless you are as rich as My name sake.

If you meant Microsoft Office 2003 then yes you will need to buy a new
license or a new serial key online if (and only only BIG IF) you want to
continue using Office 2003. Otherwise you are not obligated to buy
anything from Microsoft or its products. Most people do because they
can't live without Microsoft products or without McDonalds or without
Coca Cola.
