I am having the same problem.

incoming - secure.emailsrvr.com
outgoing - secure.emailsrvr.com

pop3 995
ssl
smtp 465
ssl

It's better to start a thread of your own as the original didn't include any
info. Neither does yours by the way. It's nice to post some server
configuration but that's pretty much meaningless without an error
description.

Another thread solved the issue having to do with the PST file. Thanks
