"Microsoft _______ has stopped working"

This is the error message I keep getting every time I open Microsoft Word and
Powerpoint. I have tried every troubleshooting idea I can find and have even
reinstalled the system....any suggestions?

Me too! I still have 7 months on my subscription but the troubleshooting
stuff keeps telling me to check my subscription... And it's only messed up on
2 of the 3 computers we have this subscription. Help?!

That is because both of you have the Trial of Office installed and the Trial period
has come to an END
