I need to change my mailing address on the invoices I mail to customers. I
have already created the 2008 file with the old address info. Can I still
change my address and how?

by opening the table containing the address and editing it; or if it's
hardcoded as a label in the report, editing it there.
Microsoft Access does not know anything about invoices or addresses. It's a
toolbox, a way to manage information stored in databases. What data you put in
the database is up to YOU, not something that Access does for you!
Since you did not describe the database that you're using, it's more than a
bit difficult for someone who cannot see your computer to tell you what should
be changed!
