Microsoft Access cannot be accessed due to lisensing issues

Hi,

Iam having a serious problem when installing MS Office
Pro on a laptop or PC. Word; Excel & PowerPoint works
except MS Access which keeps coming up with an error. the
error is: Microsoft Access can't start because there is
no license for it on this machine.
