Microsoft Access (JET) Distribution rights

I cannot anywhere seem to find out what prcisely the
distribution rights for JET are.

If I develope a app with VB, am I allowed to use a JET
database for this app when distributing it?

Yes, JET (MDB files) is freely distributable when databases are built with
Microsoft developer products (Access, VB, C++, etc.)
