Hi, I have tried numerous times to download Microsoft Autoupdate 2.1.1. However the computer appears like it is installing the program and then tell me again I need to install it. All the necessary programs, like powerpoint, word and etc, are closed. THanks for your help.

If you install the latest Office 2008 updates by hand (download them
from the site), the AutoUpdate 2.1.1 update will be installed in the
process.
