Has anyone come across a problem viewing wordart, clipart,
and colours in Word and powerpoint. The problem is that
the various designs and colours in these features are not
visible when you are trying to select them on the
computer. Instead of the designs, blank greyed out boxes
appear. When you select one of these boxes it inserts an
invisible object into word. When this document is saved
and viewed on a different computer the object appears
fine. Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions or
solutions? Cheers

Hi, gulrezakhtar. When working with graphics in a Word document, you should be in Print Layout view. Then click on Tools | Options | View | uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box | Print | check the "Drawing objects" box | OK. Does this make the drawing objects appear in Word? If not, change your video display settings (Start | Control Panel | Display) to at least 256 colors. Does that help?
