Microsoft Database in Accounts-Login Items

Even though I have Microsoft Reminders off in Entourage, whenever I launch Entourage the Microsoft Database appears in Accounts-Login Items in system preferences. When I close Entourage the database disappears from Accounts-Login Items.

yes, I know it is the Daemon, but why is it appearing in System preferences Login Items if I have the Microsoft Office Reminders off in Entourage?
