Microsoft Date Time Picker

Hi,
I am creating an appointment form in Outlook and I am trying to insert the
Microsoft DateTimePicker control. I wan't to use the control as my Sart and
End date/time for appointments.
However, the value of the control doesn't change when I create an appointment.
How can I make it so that the date and time on the control change when I
create a new appointment?
