Microsoft Document Imaging Does Not Recognize Scanner(s)

Insolution

I am running WinXP Pro SP2 and Office 2003 Pro. I am trying to use the
Microsoft Office Document Scanning utility but neither of my scanners are
recognized. Both scanners appear in the Scanner and Camera Control Panel and
both operate fine with Photoshop. I have reinstalled Microsoft Office
Document Imaging.

Scanners: Canon D660U and Fujitsu fi4010cu, both using up to date drivers.

When I run any one of the following utilities the scanners are not recognized:

Microsoft Office Document Scanning
Microsoft Office Document Imaging
Scanner and Camera Wizard

How do I configure Office to recognize either or both of the scanners?

Thanks,
Scott

Thanks for responding, Bonnie. We are not using Access at all. Just trying to
scan a document from Office 2003.

Sorry Scott - this is an Access forum. Search the issue on Google or MS

Are you using the MODI ActiveX control in Access or just need help with the
MODI?
