Microsoft Document Imaging

I have several TIF files the load in Microsoft Office Document Imaging as a
blank white space. Any idea why? They worked perfectly in Kodak Image Viewer
(Windows 2000).

MODI doesn't understand every possible tif format. I suggest open the
file in Imaging and change it to something plain like G4 tif if it is
just black and white.

Strangely though I have found 2 PC's that can open it. They are the same SP
level and program versions. I checked all hotfix's they had that were not
present on my PC and none were related to image viewing ot TIF files. Sadly
the files cannot be altered as they are part of an archive that cannot be
modified.

In that case I would say the issue is caused by the video driver on the
system in question. Try the card manufacturers web site for a more
current version. You may also get it to "show" by tapping the page down
and then page up button. But I would update the video drivers.
