microsoft error messages 2 and 3

Dear Mac users,

My mac constantly quits, freezes and crashes when I use word citing
the error messages 2 and 3. I thought that I had solved this problem a
few months back when I added more memory, but the problem has come
back to haunt me. Now word is crashing every time I try to save a word
file.
Any help gratefully appreciated, but please note I am not a computer
expert.

Hi Phillip,

We need to know a few things before answering sensibly. What are your OS
and Office/Word versions numbers (and update status)? When you say you
added more memory, to what did you add it ­ your computer or Word ­ and to
what level?
