I want to build a template for billing. I want 1 field
for time started and 1 field time ending using military
time (example 1600 to 2300 or 2300 to 0700). My problem
is that I have found no formula in Excel that will
calculate the proper time value. If this is possible all
your help will be greatly appreciated.
