Microsoft Excel 2003

On new spreadsheets and saved ones, cells will not fill with colors nor can I
change the color of text. All other aspects of the program work OK. Any
thoughts on what I did to cause this?

In Windows XP, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility Options |
Display tab | uncheck the "Use high contrast" box | OK.
