Microsoft Excel Workspace

Hi,

I have installed MS excel 2002.

Now, someone sent me Microsoft Excel Workspace file, that I can't open
my pc.

A popup window Says ".....xls could not be found,check spelling and
varify that file location is correct."

How I can open this file.
