Microsoft Fax

My company uses Office 2003. Recently, I needed to send an important fax to
a colleague. I opened Word, scrolled down to 'Send to' and tried to select
both the fax modem and fax internet service. I was sorry to find that these
functions have been outsourced to third party software companies. Since I am
the company's decision maker, I rarely allow these type of downloads. I think
that Microsoft should develop a fax modem and/or fax internet software to be
included in the Office Suite.

It is not a part of Office and never has been. It is a part of the OS (Windows 2000/XP).
