Can I install front page on both my computer and my wife's conputer in the
same home--I haven't purchased it yet.

No....usually software licences allow for one computer only (unless you
purchase extra licences). The licence for earlier FP versions used to
permit installation by a user on a laptop and a desktop - owned by the one
person - and you couldn't use FP on both machines concurrently - it was
either one or the other at any one time.

I'm not sure if that clause still applies to FP 2003.

Depends on how you interpret this - some people read it as one desktop and one laptop, an 'attorney-type' might interpret (a) differently.

From the FP2003 EULA:

Installation and use.
You may:

(a)install and use a copy of the Software on one personal computer *or other device*; and

(b)install an additional copy of the Software on a second, portable device for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the software.
