Microsoft Groove Internet Issues

Hi Everyone,
I am current working Microsoft Groove both on the internal network and over
the Internet. While I can see users over the Internet, are a small number of
users at one of our location who we cannot see and they cannot see us. We
are communicating VIA the Internet. Has anyone seen this or can anyone lend
a hand as to why we cannot communication. We have taken all outbound
firewall restrictions for both sites for testing and still cannot communicate.

Hi Tom,

Some things to check on:
1. Is Groove an allowed exception through your firewalls?
2. Are you using your own servers or are you using Groove hosted relay
servers?
3. If you are using Groove Hosted Relay Servers, go into Options >
Communications Manager > Network Settings > and see what your Relay is – if
it is blugro then you are reaching the outside Relay.
4. Are all the users on the internal network also on the same subnet?
