The main Microsoft relay servers appear to be down or not functioning this
morning.
This is the 2nd time this week this has happened.
Here in the UK, it seems we have to wait until lunchtime until the folks in
the US wake up and re-boot the service (??)
What is the process for alerting Microsoft about this?
Is there not 24/7 monitoring on the vital Groove relay servers ?
I have tried through the official support channels and got nowhere.
Please advise - this is damaging the Microsoft Groove reputation ...
