Why.....Why is it that if I type a term that Microsoft use, such as Document
Map, the Help will display irrelevant answers? This is very typical for the
Microsft Help (Office 2007) and is a source of ridicule and discust from my
students. in most cases the Help is useseless and waste of time, better
results can be achieved by using Google.

If you haven't already allowed your Office 2007 apps to get help from the
internet (in the Options, Trust Settings, Privacy Options dialog) I'd do that.
The quantity and in some cases quality of help improves considerably.

As to Help searches ... well ... yeah. Pathetic.
