Hi RSE,
I'm assuming you're referring to MS Office 2003 Document Imaging and you're saving as a TIFF rather than an MDI file?
Is the recipient using MS Office Document Imaging or another viewer to review the files?
When you're looking at the file in MS Office Document imaging do you see the annotation in both the thumbnail view and in the
working area? You may need to use the Document Imaging Tools=>Annotations settings to make the annotations permanent on a copy of
the TIFF file before sending.

i HAVE RECEIVED A TIFF FILE
i THEN ADD SOME ANNOTATION AND E MAIL TO SOME ONE
THE ANNOTATIONS ARE NOT VOSIBLE TO THE RECIPIENT.WHY? >>
