Microsoft Jet 3.51 OLE DB Provider installation problem for Windows 2000

Hi,

I have a problem to connect to Access-97 database under
Windows 2000 using Microsoft Jet 3.51 OLE DB Provider.
The problem is that I do not know how to install this
provider.
I have installed Microsoft Jet 4.0 OLE DB Provider, but
tool Data Report designer in VB6 does not work with this
provider, it works only with 3.51.

MDAC 2.7 and 2.8 do not install JET 3.51

Could anybody help me to find out how to install Jet 3.51
OLE DB Provider at Windows 2000?
