Microsoft Jet Database Stopped

When I try to open the database I get the message "The
microsoft database engine stopped the process because you
and another user are attempting to change the same data
at the same time". I can't compact/repair or crate a new
one and attempt to get external data from the old one.
Can anyone Help??????
I'm Sorry if I'm not supposed to make a second post..

Sign of corruption. Try some of the other tips at the Corruptions
page. JetComp might fix it.
