I think that you have to change Office 12 installation. Because I think many
customers get problems after they install Office 12 becouse if you have old
Office in your computer... Office Installation should tell customer in the
first page that you have old versions of office and "upgrade" will remove old
programs. Also in customize window should be in first page (not in last tab
window) old programs and there should be Remove / Leave check box also. Or
after click upgrade should be warning question of removing old programs (Yes
Or No).
Also I think that Office 12 should not remove old RunTime access (etc)...
Office 12 has change to much and our partners software can go unstabile...
example toolbars are missing in new Office 12 and Access own menubar is shown
(many your parners access softwares do not need access menu, they have made
own menus)...
