Microsoft Office 2003 installation

I tried to install Office 2003 and came up with the following error message
and stop the installation process.

"Error 1311. Source file not found: D:\A2561405.CAB. Verfy that the file
exists and that you can access it."

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
