When I open Internet Explorer and everytime a new page loads a window opens
that says "preparing to install microsoft office". This started all of a
sudden one day when I turned on my computer. I have a HP dv5000 notebook.
It is only 10 months old. I did nothing with office the last time I used my
computer before this problem started. I can't figure out why it would do
this without me doing anything. While it is doing this everything runs very
slow. Wach time that window pops up I hit cancel and it keeps coming back
about 5 times. Then it might go away and i can get back to what I was doing
until I go to another page, then it starts over again. If I let it finish it
says it cannot finish, that it could not load a file. When I found that file
on my computer, I tried to open it and it would not open. I could not delete
it or replace it. I am away from my laptop right now and I can't remember
the name of the file. I will check soon to see what it was. I hope someone
has an idea of what is wrong.
