Are you mentally retarded or something?! What part of Milly's reply are you
having trouble comprehending, exactly...? She tells you to quit posting in
uppercase so, what do you do the very next time you post...? Well, it's
obvious...

As it is obvious that you are mentally retarded let me spell things out for
you... It is very rude to post in capitals!! Do you understand that...?
Probably not...

Secondly, what was it about Milly's reply to your original issue are you
having problems with...? She told you what solution was - you need to insert
the disc from the original version of Office you used to qualify (you do know
what 'qualify means, don't you...?) for the upgrade. If you do not have the
original qualifying product disc, then your licence to use the upgrade is no
longer valid. Once you use a product to qualify for an upgrade the two are
bound together in perpetuity (that means 'forever') and cannot be separated.
If you gave away the QP, then you should have given away the upgrade too...

You only have one choice now; you'll have to buy Office again.

And if you don't understand any of that, may I suggest you repackage your
computer, take it back to the store and tell them you wish to exchange it for
something more suited to your level of mental skill - oh, I don't know, a
PlayStation, perhaps... Though I reckon even that might be beyond you...
