microsoft office 2003 word

--ljmcdonnell I have a resume in Word and when I try to upload it to a web
page nothing is in the right spot. Everything is split up. How do I fix
that/

that are extremely hard
to find and employers
have to result in searching
for those specialized skills,
my suggestion is not
to post your resume'
on the web.

however, what you need
to do is to make your
resume in "plain text" or
upload it via pdf format, that
is if the service you are using
allows for it.

use your wordpad or
notepad to validate the
formatting of your word
document before uploading.
